The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
This is the recipe for the best chocolate chip cookies ever. That may be a bit of an hyperbole but I'm going to own that. These are the recipe for The Ultimate Pudding Cookies. You know when you have had a recipe for such a long time, you don't question it? Because you know the recipe works. And if it's not broke don't fix it? Right? These are the cookies I brought into my high school spanish class for no other reason than I wanted to. So without further ado, here they are!
Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
Ingredients
1.75C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 C butter (room temp)
1/4 C white sugar
3/4 C brown sugar
1 pkg JELLO Instant Pudding Mix (Vanilla)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
12 oz pkg chocolate chips
Directions
1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine flour & baking soda
2. In a separate, larger mixing bowl, beat the butter, both sugars, pudding mix, and vanilla extract until creamy.
3. Beat the 2 eggs into the butter and sugar mixture
4. Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter and sugar mixture with a wooden spoon.
5. Stir in the chocolate chips, the batter will be very stiff
6. Drop by rounded tsp on ungreased baking sheets
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min
8. Enjoy
Note: The cookies will only take 8-10 minutes to cook. They will be cooked on the inside, yet still feel raw on the top. However, you do not need to cook them any longer. They cookie texture will be very cake-like (and most importantly delicious)
